By using this site, booking a Missed Revenue Audit, or opting in to messages from TheContentLabs.AI (“we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or opt in.

The Missed Revenue Audit

The audit is a free, informational review based on the details you provide. It is an estimate to help you make decisions, not a guarantee of specific results, revenue, or outcomes.

SMS text messaging program

Program. The TheContentLabs.AI messaging program sends appointment confirmations and reminders, audit and account updates, replies to your questions, and, if you opt in to marketing, occasional offers and service updates. You join by checking a consent box on our form and providing your mobile number.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the help you request.

Cost.Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AI and automated communications

You acknowledge that some of our messages and calls may be generated or assisted by automated systems and artificial intelligence acting on our behalf, which may reply, follow up, and schedule appointments. Some replies may be delivered as AI-generated audio, including voices based on a real person used with that person’s documented consent. You can reach a person at any time by asking, replying, or calling us.

Messaging on behalf of businesses

TheContentLabs.AI provides a communications platform to other businesses. When you message a business that uses our platform, on text, chat, voice, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger, we process that conversation as a service provider to that business, and these terms apply to the messaging technology while your relationship remains with that business.

Acceptable use

You must be 18 or older to opt in to our messaging program. You agree to provide accurate information, to opt in only with a number you own or are authorized to use, and not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site, audit, and messaging are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, TheContentLabs.AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the messaging program, or reliance on the audit.

Compliance with industry standards

Our messaging program is operated in accordance with applicable CTIA guidelines, mobile carrier requirements, and A2P 10DLC standards, and with applicable law including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms, and continued use after an update means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms, the site, or the messaging program will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
