3) How we collect it

  • Automatically via cookies and analytics (see “Cookies & tracking”).

4) How we use information

  • Deliver, maintain, and improve our services.

  • Communicate about timelines, updates, invoices, and security notices.

  • Send marketing only if you have given consent.

  • Prevent fraud and ensure security.

  • Meet legal and compliance obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

5) Cookies & tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tech to remember preferences, understand usage, and improve performance. Most browsers let you control cookies. Some features may not work without them.

6) Working with service providers

To run our operations, we allow access to information to carefully selected vendors who process data only under our instructions (for example: hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processors). They must protect the information and may not use it for their own marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7) SMS/MMS privacy

  • Separate consents. We collect distinct opt-ins for (1) service & reminders and (2) marketing & announcements. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Your choices. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance. To rejoin, text START or re-submit the form with consent.

  • Carrier & rates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Mobile data protections (exact language):

    • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

    • Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

    • If this policy elsewhere mentions sharing personal information, all the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

8) How we disclose information (service purposes only)

We may allow access to information for:

  • operational support (hosting, security, customer service),

  • professional advisors (legal, accounting) when needed,

  • transactions such as a merger or asset transfer (with protections in place),

  • legal or safety reasons when required by law.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services

9) Data security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method is 100% secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, use, alteration, or loss.

10) Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, for contracts, and to meet legal and accounting requirements. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer required.

11) International processing

We are based in the United States and may process data in other countries using secure providers. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

12) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of your information, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity.

13) Legal bases (where required)

We rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests (to deliver and improve services), consent (for marketing/SMS), and compliance with law.

14) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Significant changes may be announced through the site or by email.
