I've been in sales my whole career. I started at Best Buy, then managed a T-Mobile store, then sold door to door across the country. I've traveled the world too, and the more places I sold, the more I saw how differently people buy.

The one thing that never changed was speed. Whoever followed up first usually got the sale.

I've been into tech since high school. I earned my B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2022. So when AI took off, I could see what it could really do for a business and where the hype ended.

In 2024 I moved to California and started TheContentLabs as a video marketing agency. We made the content and ran the ads, and the leads came in. Then I watched owners call those leads back the next day, or never. By then the customer had already hired someone else.

That one stung. Those owners had paid for every one of those leads.

My first client on this offer was Junk Lift Pro. He had signs all over town and kept missing calls. By the time he called back, they'd booked another junk removal company. That was the first thing we fixed. Watching those leads get answered is still my favorite part of the job.

Most of what we build is the front desk: the website, the AI that answers and books, and the follow up. But every business has gaps no package covers, and we fill them.

For Reliable Credit Solutions we built an admin dashboard that tracks every client, payment, report and commission in one place. For Tailor Your Credit we connected Angelo's system to SmartCredit and Level Up, so his clients' reports flow in without the busywork. Monica runs her business from her own admin and payment dashboard we built.

None of that is on a pricing page. We build it because the whole system has to run smoothly, not just the part we sell.

I'm the first entrepreneur in my family. Where I grew up in El Paso, people work hard and stick with what they know, so I get why new tech can feel like a lot. I don't want anybody left behind because of it.

Today I run TheContentLabs from Newport Beach. We work with credit repair companies, funding brokers, real estate agents, home buyers, cleaners and contractors. You keep doing what you're good at. We handle the AI.
