What counts as a booked appointment

An appointment created by the system (voice, text, DM, or web chat) on your connected calendar for a genuine prospective customer. It counts the moment it is booked; a later cancellation, reschedule, or no-show does not un-count it. It does not count if the booking was made by or for you, your team, family, or business partners, came from a test or demo conversation, or came from spam, a solicitor, or a wrong number. The same person booking twice counts once. Everything is counted from platform records you can see in your own dashboard.

What “live” means

Two things, and we set up both with you in week one: your business calls forward to the AI (we verify with a test call together on your onboarding call), and your calendar is connected so it can actually book. The 7-day clock starts at your onboarding call and pauses only for things on your side of the fence, like carrier registration approvals or access we are waiting on.

How the billing works

You pay month one when you sign up. Month two bills on day 31 only if your AI has booked at least one qualified appointment by then. If it has not, billing pauses and resumes the day it books one. The pause holds while your line stays forwarded, your calendar stays connected, and the AI is on the job. Jumping into conversations yourself never affects it; we built the takeover feature for exactly that. What voids the pause is switching the system off and leaving it off.

If it is just not working

If we reach day 45 after go-live without a single booked appointment, we do not let it limp along. We shut it down ourselves, you owe nothing more, and you keep the audit numbers and everything we learned about your lead flow. No contract was holding you anyway.

If you never go live

If we cannot complete activation within 14 days of signup because the line was never forwarded or the calendar never connected despite scheduled onboarding, the account moves to a paused state: no billing, no service, and a direct conversation about whether this is the right time. We do not bill for an AI that was never plugged in.

What the fee covers

The monthly fee is for the managed system. Your phone and text usage runs through your own account at cost, fully visible to you, and is never marked up; it is yours, so it is not something we bill, refund, or credit.
